We are delighted to welcome Adam Robinson to our team.  Adam brings with him a wealth of knowledge surrounding the Facilities Management, Construction, Property and Oil & Gas industry. He has specialised in the recruitment of professionals in these areas and has been responsible for the recruitment of middle to senior and top management across the Gulf region. He has lived in the Middle East for 19 years so has a strong understanding of the many cultures and nationalities in the region on a personal and business basis.

Adam loves fishing and is also a fitness fanatic and can be seen at his local gym 5 times a week, we are hoping his regime will rub off on the rest of us in the office.....

Gill Foster

Born in the UK, Gill has been in the Middle East for the past 11 years where she has worked for a select few of the region's top Recruitment Agencies.  She has been responsible for developing and leading teams in the Administrative, Logistics, and Construction sectors. Gill's strong reputation in these areas has allowed her to successfully start her own recruitment business in Doha which has recently expanded to Dubai.  She is known for her ability to quickly find the right skill set and personality to fill positions which makes her an exclusive choice for many of her clients.

Gill is the proud mother of 2 adult children and 1 gorgeous grand-daughter named Summer (now you know where the Summer-First name came from!).  She enjoys travelling, reading, rock music, watching live bands and spending time with her beautiful persian cats.  Gill can be reached at:  gill@summer-first.com

Donna Skoreyko 

Donna is a Canadian national who has been in the Technical Recruitment sector in the UAE for the past 6 years.   Prior to her move to Dubai, Donna worked in the Construction and Oil & Gas Industries in Canada where she was known for her committment to these industries in finding, training, and retaining the right staff to meet their growing needs.  Donna has also worked with blue-chip, multi-national companies and local governments on recruiting and training a national workforce in developing countries in the Middle East and Africa.  She is considered a regional expert in the recruitment of technical positions in Construction and Oil & Gas sectors.

Donna is married with 2 adult children, 2 beautiful grand-daughters, and 2 very spoiled dogs.   She is active with non-profit organizations and enjoys painting and reading in her spare time.  Please contact Donna at:  donna@summer-first.com 

Trish White

Originally from Australia, Trish has been in the Middle East for the past 16 years. Trish made a commitment to come to the region for '2 years' but she quickly came to embrace the local culture and has developed a strong appreciation of the region.  She has worked with one of the region's top recruitment agenices where she used her honest and transparent ability to develop solid relationships with local and international business leaders and  HR and Finance candidates.  

Trish is married with 2 university-aged daughters.   Trish likes to travel, cook and read in her spare time.
